Very nice, Brother Poet HH.
I could hear the siren’s Song
as Love leapt from the cliff
and the clarion call of such love
carried on a breath in through the mist
the sea benefiting from its reef
breath out, a clamor and roar
as the mist lift and spread
winged beings do take to flight
in a sky communicating
in its own unsalted language
the words soft and pristine
asleep in the sea's mouth
captured on a rolling tide
that crashed the shores
of the female winged being's eardrums
bringing futility and longevity
to a thing once thought long dead
on the very next breath in and out
and then once again inhaled
